Founded in May of 2007 in Houston, Texas, Grisham & Jha Group, LLC (GJG) is a culmination of many years of civil contracting works of companies that were owned and operated by Mr. Ed Grisham in Missouri, Kansas and Texas since 1975. Mr. Ed Grisham, founder of GJG and its predecessor companies, has responded to the global slow-down in construction industry by making the company more diverse.

Mr. Ratan Jha, a professional engineer and a developer and Mr. Justin Grisham, a heavy civil contractor have joined GJG as  co-owners/partners. Each of these new partner individually bring many additional years of experience to the company in the field of construction, contracting and business development.
